If this is the future....

.....it's time to go teetotal. A 2.8% 'smooth' beer. I don't care if it is only £1.95 a pint.

Spotted in Mills Hill on Saturday I think I made the right decision to give it a miss. The Dobber in the Marble Arch later was a much better choice.

  1. I found a 2.8% beer in Southport at £1.28 a pint. It was called something like Tolly English Ale, a Greene King brew, and was a real ale, unlike the Greengate Lite (why not Light?) which is a smoothflow. I tasted the Tolly's and found it weak and hoppy, the hops intended to conceal the thinness of the beer, but it didn't work.
